BUILDPLAST - QUIK SEAL is easy to use single component having non shrink fills for plastic cracks. It can be applied as a crack filler for walls, tiles etc.

40 mtr./Kg to hll 6 mm ‘V’ shaped groove / 35 Ft./Kg for 3 mm thick render.
Before painting all plastering cracks must be opened and cut into V shape. All loose materials should be removed and area to be treated must be clean. Pour the water over
the cracks. Mix three to four part by volume of BUILDPLAST – QUICK SEAL to one part ot water by volume to get uniform paste. Apply prepared paste over cleaned V groove shaped crack property. Make the surface smoothly by removing excess material.
