"BUILDPLAST - EGC" is a high molecular epoxy base grouting compound. It is a solvent free, low viscosity epoxy tor rehabilitation and can take high filter loading, strength of spawled and cracked RCC structure. bridges etc.
Specially manufactured for railway bridges maintenance of Piers, brazing, pillars, columns, rubs etc.

Mixing Ratio | 3 parts by weigh/Volume of Base and 2 parts by weight/volume of Catalyst. |
Mixing Procedure | Take 3 part base on a cleaned plastic tin and add 2 part catalyst under uniform mix. It is advised to mix small quantity 1/2 or 1Kg mix at a time. After uniform mix of grout, grouting has to be done by using pressure grouting machine. |
Pot Life | 150 minutes (1/2 Kg mix at 25'C). |

Technical services required will be given at site for the correct use of BUILDPLAST - EGC grouting machine.
Sudace sealing ot cracks can be carried out after making a suitable V shape groove by using BUILDPLAST – EGC. Then fix the 4″ to 6″ depth PVC (1/4″) pipe properly from bottom to top depending upon the poras and gap at site condition. Grouting has to be done by using pressure grouting machine
