Description:
"BUILDPLAST -100 HQ" is manufactured out of selected high quality materials and used in manufacturing Hollow Blocks and Hume Pipes to increase the workability. Strength and to act as good bonding agent Liquid additive for quick setting of blocks.
It should be used in :
• Precast slabs & poles.
• Solid,/Hollow blocks and bricks.
• Hume pipes & concrete rings.
• Concrete/mosaic tiles.
- Due to reduction in water, strength increases upto 20%.
- Improves workability.
- Quick Setting.
- Good finish.
- Minimizes breakages.
- Avoide cracks/wastages.
- Economy in cement.

- Can be used with all types cements.
BUILDPLAST- 100 HQ is in liquid form and is supplied ready for use. It should be added directly into the mixing water. However. on NO ACCOUNT IT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE DRY CEMENT.
The rate of addition is 200 ml/50 Kg cement.
Technical Services if required will be given at site for correct use of BUILDPLAST - IOO HQ.
It stored in sealed containers at normal ambient temperature, a shelf life of approximately 12 months could be expected.
