Description:
"BUILDPLAST 100" is manufactured out Of selected high quality polymers. It acts as a concrete / plaster plasticiser and water reducer. STANDARDS : Confirms to IS : 9103-1999.
“BUILDPLAST — 100” has application wherever concrete and mortar is being produced and placed.
In columns, beams, intermediate slabs, staircase and internal plastering works for higher workability, increased Strength and reduction in cement content by reducing water cement ratio.
- Improved workability : Increases the slump. Concrete flows more easily. It facilitates the placing
of mix Wlth harsh aggregates and requires little vibration to achieve optimum compaction. - Compressive Strength : An increase in compressive. Strength up to 10% is obtained due to lower water
content and density of the concrete is also improved. - Economy in cement : Strength specifications and workability can be obtained at tower cement.
- Cohesion / Segregation : By dispersing the cement particles it increases cohesion which prevents segregation and formation of gravel nests.
- Durability & Surface finish : Due to very significant water reductions which minimizes shrinkage or cracking and thereby produces close and textured concrete. This makes the concrete more durable and
gives good surface finish.

BUILDPLAST – 100 is supplied ready for use. It should be added directly into the mixing water. However, on NO ACCOUNT IT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE DRY CEMENT.
The rate of addition with water reduction upto 10% in concrete /plaster is 100-200 ml/50 Kg. Cement.
Technical Services required will be given at site for the correct use BUILDPLAST - 100.
It can be used with all types of Portland Cement.
