Description:
BUILDPLAST - CONBON can be used to bond old concrete to fresh concrete. It gives monolithic bond capable of transmitting high tresses and posses excellent water and alkali resistance.
BUILDPLAST – CONBON can be used for
- Concrete jointing slab. columns, beams etc.
- Reinforcing existing concrete structures of elements particularly concrete slabs where dimensional change is not critical.
- Concrete repairs.
- Water proof joint in sandwich constructions
The two components in the specified proportion shall be mixed to get a uniform colour. The mixed material shall be applied on the prepared concrete surface with brush. The new concrete should be poured before bond coat becomes tack free (touch dry). For getting best results, the water cement ratio of the new concrete shall be as minimum as possible.
BUILDPLAST - CONBON is compatible with all types of concrete, cement based grouts, polymer modified cement system etc. POTLIFE : 30-60 Minutes at 35'C. FULL CURE : 6-7 days.
BUILDPLAST - CONBON is available in 1 Kg, 5 Kg.
To obtain good adhesion it is necessary that the surface must be clean and free from all dust, oil, grease and other loose materials.
Depending on the surface condition 1 Kg BUILDPLAST – CONBON will be cover 2 to 2.5 Sqm.
12 months in sealed container if stored below 35'C.
