Description:
"BUILDPLAST - ACT " is a two component material used to given an excellent anti corrosion coating with longer service life.
“BUILDPLAST – ACT” has excellent adhesion to most of the surfaces and has got good resistance to mild alkalies, mineral acids and most of the solvents. It can be applied
as a anti corrosive coating for concrete, steel, gates etc.
Colour : Colour less
Mixing Ratio : 3:2 by weight
pot life : 20-30 Minutes
Shelf life : 12 months in sealed container.
Coverage : The area coverage is 4 to 6 Sq. mt/Kg single coat depending upon surface.
Technical Services if required will be given at site for correct use of BUILDPLAST - ACT.

Clean the surface to be treated properly and remove all loose particles dust. oil, grease etc. The surface may be wire brushed, sand blasted and followed by washing with water. But surface should be totally dry before application of coating.
Mix the part A and B in ratio and apply it on prepared dry surface by brush or by spray gun. Every subsequent coats should be applied when the previous coat becomes tack tree and usually two coats are recommended.
Care should be taken to avoid contact of BUILDPLAST – ACT with the skin. It should be stored in a dark and cool place.
